Effective October 13, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and VEARA, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("VEARA"), and apply whenever you use the VEARA website and services.
By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using VEARA, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use VEARA.
You must be 18 or older to create a VEARA account, as a customer or as an artist. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it.
You can sign up with an email address and a password, or with a Google account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us at jonathan@veara.ai. VEARA may limit access to parts of the service, for example while an account is on the waitlist. You can ask us to close your account at any time by email.
When you place an order, you offer to buy the products in your cart at the prices shown. Payment is taken by Stripe on its secure payment page; VEARA does not receive your card number. Prices are in US dollars, and the shipping cost is shown before you pay. If sales tax applies to your order, it is calculated on the payment page and shown before you pay. We currently ship to the contiguous US only. We send you an order confirmation email once your payment is confirmed.
Every product is made to order after you pay, by VEARA or its production partners, and then shipped to the address you give. The production and shipping times for each product are shown on its product page. Products with an NFC chip, or orders of 50 pieces or more, can take about 5 weeks. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Every piece is made to order, so we can't offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, we'll make it again and send it at no cost.
To report a problem with an order, email jonathan@veara.ai with your order number.
Credits are a balance on your VEARA account that you spend on VEARA's design tools, such as generating design candidates and enhancing images. You can buy credits through Stripe; the price is shown before you pay. Purchased credits are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. VEARA may also give you credits, for example when you join or through a referral. Credits given through a referral are not taken back if a related order is later refunded. Credits do not expire.
You can upload images and text and use VEARA's tools to make designs. The copyright in a design you upload stays with you, its designer. You give VEARA a non-exclusive, worldwide license to reproduce, adapt (including with AI tools), display and sell it on VEARA products, and to use it to promote VEARA. If you are an artist, the Artist Terms describe this license and your royalties in more detail. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
VEARA's design tools use AI, and a design made with them may differ from what you submitted. Check a design before you order it; you are responsible for what you choose to print.
If you submit works to the VEARA catalog as an artist, the VEARA Artist Terms also apply to those works and set out the license you grant VEARA in full.
Do not upload, create or order anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, publicity or other rights; that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing or hateful; or that sexualizes minors. Do not misuse VEARA: do not try to get around its access controls or the waitlist, overload or scrape it, or open accounts to abuse credit or referral offers. VEARA may refuse to produce an order, remove content, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
The VEARA name and logo, the website and its software belong to VEARA. Designs in the VEARA catalog belong to VEARA or to the artists and other rights holders who provided them. These terms do not give you any right to use them other than to use VEARA and buy its products. To report material you believe infringes your copyright, see our Copyright Policy.
In appropriate circumstances, VEARA terminates the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others. Our Copyright Policy explains how notices of claimed infringement are handled.
VEARA is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, VEARA makes no warranties, express or implied, about the service or the content it generates, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This does not change the replacement described in section 6.
To the fullest extent the law allows, VEARA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, and VEARA's total liability for any claim relating to VEARA is limited to the amount you paid VEARA in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to VEARA will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you and VEARA consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using VEARA after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
